Brake bias

If the vehicle is equipped with this system, the knob located underneath the dashboard (see photo) can be used to adjust the braking power between the front and rear wheels. This means that the brakes can be adjusted so that the vehicle will brake harder either on the front wheels or rear wheels. If the knob is turned in the direction of the ‘F’ then more braking power will be exercised on the front wheels, turning the knob in the direction of the ‘R’ will result in more braking power on the rear wheels.

Note: For your own safety, turn the bias knob only when the brake pedal is not depressed and then only in small increments.
